Are you tired of kangaroo courts that deny fairness and due process to homeowners in Homeowner's Associations (HOAs)?

This blog is borne from the frustration of homeowners who are unfairly and unjustly targeted, banned, muted,

and/ or silenced online by their HOA, Board members, management companies, and/or their agents. Gardens and butterfly gardens, to start, are under threat of destruction.  Gardeners and gardening enthusiasts are under attack.
